Pastor Ibidun Olusola Olude was a woman of uncommon grace, faith, and purpose whose life was wholly committed to the advancement of God’s Kingdom and the transformation of lives through the power of God's Word. Her ministry, leadership, scholarship, and compassion continue to leave an enduring impact on individuals, families, and institutions across generations.

She was born on 22nd November, 1980, in Ondo State, Nigeria, to Late Professor Olawoye and Mrs. Olawoye. From her formative years, she demonstrated a deep sensitivity to matters of justice, truth, and faith. As a young student, her passion for the gospel was evident. She boldly shared the Gospel of Christ with her classmates during her middle school years, the beginning of a lifelong calling.

Driven by a strong advocacy spirit and a desire to give voice to the voiceless, Pastor Ibidun pursued a legal education at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where she studied Law. Her academic journey reflected both intellectual rigor and a commitment to societal transformation.
She went on to earn advanced degrees in Law, culminating in a PhD in Public Law at the Department of Law, University of Ibadan. Her scholarly work was marked by excellence.
As an academician, she served as:

• Lecturer, Department of Law, Elizade University, Ondo State
• Dean of Student Affairs, Chrisland University, Ogun State

Through these roles, she mentored students beyond the classroom, shaping character, purpose, and leadership.

Pastor Ibidun was married to Pastor (Prof.) Ayo Olude, and their union was blessed with three children. Their marriage stood as a living testament to Christian love, partnership, and purpose, redefining marriage as a mirror of the relationship between Christ and the Church. Together, they have ministered to singles, couples and families through their Christ-centered teaching and counsel.

Her life was deeply marked by selfless service to the Lord. Her passion for seeing lives transformed by God’s Word was uncommon. She dedicated her time, resources, and energy to raising and equipping children, teenagers, youths, adults, and married couples to live purposeful lives founded on the eternal revelation of Christ and His Kingdom.
She served as President of the Victory Christian Fellowship (VCF, now RBCF) during her university years, further refining her leadership and ministry calling.
She also pioneered and co-founded several impactful ministries, including:

• Deborah’s Initiative
• Mystery of the Man and The Maid (MCUBED)
• My Father’s Daughters
• Arrows Bible Club
• Restoration Bible Church, South West

Like Jesus, she did not merely teach the Word, she lived it, inspiring many to pursue a life of faith, integrity, and purpose.

A firm believer in taking the gospel beyond church walls, Pastor Ibidun also emphasized marketplace ministry.. She empowered men and women to integrate faith in Christ into business, leadership, and everyday life.
She was:

• An author, notably of the widely sought-after book “Marriage Can Be a Piece of Cake”
• A businesswoman, integrating kingdom values into enterprise
• A women’s advocate, especially for health, wealth, and holistic well-being

She founded several impactful initiatives, including:

• Empowering Women of Africa (EWA) Foundation
• Mitchah Enterprise
• Oasis Health and Wellness

Through these platforms, she championed the dignity and empowerment of women and families.

Pastor Ibidun Olude lived a life that was rooted in faith, love, integrity, and service. Her influence transcends time and she continues to shape and equip lives even after her transition to be with the Lord. She left behind a lasting legacy of hope, truth, and Christ-centered purpose that remains visible in the lives of all who encountered her.
